Sims 3: Millionaire Manor Floorplan

The following is a detailed floorplan for each of the four floors in Millionaire Manor. Each floor's section begins with a floorplan image and is followed by a room by room description for the floor. Clicking on the floorplan image will enlarge the image so you can see the full resolution and clearly read the room names.

Millionaire Manor: Floor 1

Firepit 1, Firepit 2, Hot Tub 1, Hot Tub 2:
The location of these firepits and hot tubs near the main gate and with easy access to both kitchen and dining areas makes them ideal for entertaining guests. Classical pillars surrounding them support second and third floor bedrooms overhead, providing shade.

Kitchen 1, Kitchen 2:
Millionaire Manor features two kitchens, each opening into a dining area as well as onto the patio outside where the hot tubs and fire pits are. Each kitchen features a refrigerator, a stove/oven, a trash compactor, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a sink, and plenty of counter space.

Dining Room 1, Dining Room 2:
With easy access to kitchen, dance floor, and outdoor patio, these dining rooms are perfectly located for serving meals to family and friends. Each dining room also contains a fireplace where sims can warm themselves and a bar when sims can work on their mixology skill and make or order drinks.

Guest Bed 1, Guest Bed 2:
The first floor guest bedrooms provide a luxurious place for your guests to sleep after a tiring evening of dancing on the nearby dance floor. The guest bathrooms are near enough to provide relief should your guests find themselves with an empty bladder in the middle of their slumber. Each bedroom contains a two-person bed with an end table on each side, a dresser for planning and choosing outfits, and a mirror where sims can gussy up or change their appearance.

Guest Bath 1, Guest Bath 2:
Located near the dance floors, the bars, and the guest bedrooms, the guest bathrooms on the first floor provide ample opportunity for your guests to take care of all their hygienic needs. Each guest bathroom contains a toilet, sink, shower, bath, and mirror.

Dance Floor 1, Dance Floor 2:
These dance floors are conveniently located on the first floor for entertaining your guests as well as your own sims. In addition to the dance floor and stereo, a nearby bar (with a mixologist to serve drinks) can keep the party going with various mood drinks (such as party drinks). There's also plenty of nearby table space, and a fireplace in the back near the bar. With all these amenities, these rooms provide a great place for sims to gather for all kinds of activities.

View into 2nd Floor Swimming Pool:
The large swimming pool (accessible from the second floor) is the centerpiece of the first floor of Millionaire Manor, and is the first thing your guests will see when entering through the main entrance. The walls of the pool are all windows, offering a great view of the pool from nearly anywhere on the first floor. Not only does this aesthetically look good, but makes it easy for your sims to see when your guests drift off to the pool so you can start an impromptu pool party.

Additional Notes:
There is a short section of curved wall located behind the swimming pool. If you have the Ambitions expansion, you can place a washer, dryer, and chair behind this to offer a centrally located laundry room. Even without, this section of wall may be a good place to hang some of those reward plaques or diplomas that your sims will earn over the course of the game.

I recommend setting the front gate to act as your front door (left-click on it and choose "Set As Front Door") if you're playing with the celebrity features of the Late Night expansion turned on. This will prevent paparazzi from actually coming into your yard (or your house) and disrupting your sims. Inviting sims over for a visit continues to work as normal. You can also easily greet visiting sims you did not invite, or invite them inside when they're standing at the gate.

Millionaire Manor: Floor 2

Bed 1, Bed 2:
These luxurious bedrooms feature a high definition television, a book case, and ample seating for sims wishing to read or watch TV. The rooms also feature a desk, dresser, stand-up mirror, and a two-person bed, making them ideal for housing guests or family for long term visits. Nearby access to a bathroom and a reading nook with a fireplace allow these rooms to serve as apartments for extended family should you decide to house many generations in the same household and allow for plenty of privacy.

Bath 1, Bath 2:
These bathrooms feature a luxury bath, sink, stand-up mirror, and toilet, for the hygienic needs of sims in the nearby rooms.

Reading Nook 1, Reading Nook 2:
These reading nooks feature two book cases and ample seating in front of a fireplace for cozy reading. Reading Nook 1 also has a private door to Bed 3, while Reading Nook 2 has a door leading to Bed 7, making Beds 3 and 7 ideal bedrooms for bookish sims. The stairs to the third floor are all located near these reading nooks as well.

Bed 3, Bed 7:
These bedrooms feature private access to the nearby reading nooks on one side, and a door leading to a residential hallway on the opposite wall, where your sims will find easy access to a nearby bathroom, TV room, and the swimming pool. The bedrooms feature a two-person bed with an end table on each side, a dresser for planning or changing outfits, and a mirror where your sims can gussy up or change their appearance.

Bed 4, Bed 8:
These bedrooms feature a two-person bed with an end table on each side, a dresser for planning or changing outfits, and a mirror where your sims can gussy up or change their appearance. The main door leads to a residential hallway for easy access to the bathroom, TV room, or swimming pool, while a second door provides easy access to the stairs leading up to the third floor or down to the first floor.

Bed 5, Bed 9:
These bedrooms feature a two-person bed with an end table on each side, a dresser for planning or changing outfits, and a mirror where your sims can gussy up or change their appearance. Additionally they contain their own private luxury bathrooms, making these rooms ideal for loner sims who spend a lot of time in their room.

Bed 6, Bed 10:
These are the most luxurious bedrooms in the residential area of the manor. In addition to the two-person bed with end tables, the dresser, and mirror, these rooms also contain ample seating in front of a cozy fireplace and are located just across the hall from a TV room and right next to the nearby pool. These are great rooms for sims who like to party or spend a lot of time at the pool or in the TV room.

Bath 3, Bath 4:
These bathrooms provide the primary hygienic facilities for the residential areas of the manor (Bed 3, Bed 4, Bed 6, Bed 7, Bed 8, and Bed 10). They feature two showers each, a toilet, sink, and mirror. Additionally, these bathrooms are ideally situated at the end of a hallway leading to the swimming pool allowing for hygienic relief for poolside sims.

TV Room 1, TV Room 2:
These TV rooms feature plenty of seating, a coffee-table, and a high definition television to keep your sims informed and entertained. These rooms are located near the residential areas of the manor, the pool, and the stairs leading up to the third floor or down to the first floor.

Room 1, Room 3:
These rooms come unfurnished and can be used as laundry rooms (with the Ambitions expansion) or for any other purpose you desire. In my games, I often use them to house the weights or treadmills where my sims work out.

Room 2:
Like Room 1 and Room 3, Room 2 is unfurnished and can be used for any purpose you like. You may wish not to block the windows, however, as they offer a great view of the central fountain in the front driveway. This is a great place to showcase awards or display expensive statues.

Swimming Pool:
This swimming pool dominates the center of the first two floors of Millionaire Manor. The ceiling over the diving boards is open on the third floor, allowing accomplished divers to jump up into the third floor while diving. Four lounge seats are provided for those who merely wish to relax poolside, and four ladders (two of them next to the diving boards) make getting in and out of the pool easy. While swimming, the windows into the first floor provide a great view of any sims on one of the dance floors.

Millionaire Manor: Floor 3

Bed 11, Bed 12:
These luxurious tower bedrooms come complete with a two-person bed (with end tables), a desk, a bookcase, a love seat, a dresser for planning or changing outfits, a stand-up mirror which your sims can use to gussy up or change their appearance, and a private bathroom containing a shower/bath tub combo, a toilet, a sink, and a stand-up mirror. They exit out to a spiral staircase leading down to the second floor and offer nearby access to the third floor terrace, which includes nearby hot tubs.

Hot Tub 3, Hot Tub 4:
Located on the third floor terrace, these hot tubs are intended for private use by your sims, particularly those who reside on the third or fourth floors, and offer a great view of the fountains in front of the manor.

Room 4:
This unfurnished room contains stairs leading up to the fourth floor and down to the second floor. There is plenty of space for you to use this room for a variety of purposes. I have used it as a nursery when my sim unexpectedly had triplets in one of my games. I've also used it as a game room in a few games. If you have a lot of bookish sims, you may wish to turn it into a second library. A door leads to Room 5 nearby, which overlooks the pool on the second floor. There are also three doors leading out to the third floor terrace.

Library:
The library is located opposite Room 4 and contains several book cases. There are enough of them for you to organize your books by genre. Additionally there is a chess table, and lots of seating for sims who wish to read in the library. The table offers a good spot to read, place a laptop to write, or for children and teens to do their homework. Stairs lead up to the fourth floor and down to the second floor. A door leads to Room 6 nearby, which overlooks the pool on the second floor. There are also three doors leading out to the third floor terrace.

Room 5, Room 6:
These unfurnished rooms overlook the pool on the second floor and can be used for whatever you want. I've used these rooms as game rooms, musician practice rooms, and as work out gyms. If you do decide to use one or both of these rooms as a work out gym, I recommend adding a shower to restore your sims' depleted hygiene after a work out. These rooms are also great for art displays or displaying awards and trophies your sims have earned.

Millionaire Manor: Floor 4

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is the most luxurious bedroom in Millionaire Manor. It features the most expensive bed available in the Starter Pack, two stand-up mirrors, two fireplaces, the most expensive dresser in the Starter Pack, two private bathrooms, each featuring a shower/bath tub combo, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as access to a private terrace intended only for the residents of the master bedroom which includes an outdoor chess table. The master bedroom is also very spacious. You can leave it as is, or fill in the space however you like. I do recommend locking the doors leading to Room 7 and Room 8 and allowing only the specific sims (master bedroom residents and possibly a live-in maid or butler sim) access.

Room 7:
This unfurnished room can be whatever you like and contain stairs down to the third floor, access to the master bedroom, access to the fourth floor terrace, and access to the tower with a spiral staircase down to Bed 11 on the third floor.

Room 8:
This mostly unfurnished room can be whatever you like and contains stairs down to the library on the third floor, access to the master bedroom, access to the fourth floor terrace, and access to the tower with a spiral staircase down to Bed 12 on the third floor. It does contain 2 desks which serve as a study and the office for my writer sim, but you can feel free to move those desks elsewhere (or even sell them) if you'd like to use the room for something else.
